Silver Needle (NEW!!)

This Silver Needle tea comes from the Hunan province in China. These thick shoots (up to 3 cm long!) with white hairs, which give the tea its name, are only picked entirely by hand for two weeks a year and then processed. These young, dried tea shoots produce a delicious, light green-silver tea, which we associate with the attractive color of Champagne. (Check out our tips for serving tips!)
