Shichiken – Yama no Kasumi Sparkling Sake

This effervescent sake with unfiltered rice particles that dance like flakes in the bottle has a distinct aroma of butter, pineapple and coconut. Cloudy in appearance, but refreshingly sweet on the palate with a hint of saltiness and maltiness.
