Some Tips

This Shochu of spirit is made on the basis of Sake Kasu. The kasu from this distilled product is used as feed for Wagyu cattle. Their manure, in turn, is used to fertilize the rice fields of the Alain Ducasse sake. This drink is a philosophy, enjoy this unique Sustainable Spirit, based on rice!
