The traditional Kimoto brewing method of Yamada Nishiki rice ensures before Mild Ripe taste with round notes of caramel. In the conviction that good sake becomes made with good rice, is Izumibashi one of the few breweries in Japan that have their own sake rice with their own hands polishING AND REMODELING.
