This Honmirin is traditionally brewed by the Kankyo brewery from Aichi and was aged for 3 years in stainless steel barrels. Honmirin is sweet cooking sake and is often used in Japanese cuisine as a substitute for sake and sugar. It will give your dishes an oriental touch and your meat a shiny blush. The older the sake gets, the darker in color and the sweeter.

Ideal to use in combination with the Seikin Dark or Light Soy Sauce.
