Some Tips
This tea can be served ice cold and is also perfect for cold infusions (10g/1.5 L/1-2 hours in the fridge).
Recommended brewing method:
- 1st infusion: 3 g / 100 ml / 100°C / 40 sec.
- Pour out immediately for the 2nd cup.
