Pu-erh Knife

This minimalist designed knife with wooden casing is used to cut Pu-erh cakes and belongs in the collection of a true tea lover. The needle helps to pry the fermented leaves out of the cake. The technique that works best is to insert the needle horizontally into the edge of the cakes and then gently twist it gently until the pieces of tea come off as desired.
